737 Type? How long B4 an Interview?

Just curious how long people have been waiting lately for an interview with SWA after getting a 737 type?

Typed on May 28th.

Called July 5th for interview.

I think it depends on the time of the month. I have had friends called 4 days after they finished their type and I have friends that have been typed for 2-4 months and JUST got the call. But as long as you get the call....WHO CARES!!!

I got an interview 4 years after the type. That was right after 9/11 though.

Yes! A friend of mine interviewed and was hired on the first try without the type Just last month. He is just finishing up his type now.

How long after you get the type does one get the call?

I finished the type first part of June, got call yesterday!

2 years 5 months. Had the e-app in the first day it was open. With the new 1300 PIC change I am now below the min by 100 hours or so. Oh well, the type was good tax deduction anyway...

3 years since app. window last opened, then I get a type and 5 weeks to get the call.

How often is someone hired on their first interview? I do not anyone that got hired after their first interview. Although it is possible that all my friends are di#ks.
