Not sure how it could be done any quicker. How 'bout you lay it out for us? What career path would lead from entry level pilot position to 100k in less than 10 years?

Yes, if you want to spend the rest of your life within 20 minutes of that sh&^hole KYIP while a beeper is attached to your belt. That's not what most people have in mind when they start this career.

So money is not important? But QOL that is it? time away from home on schedule, as opposed to time at home with only hard days off. And it is 25 minutes if you are #1. Other wise, 1 hr weekdays, 2 hours weekends if not #1. get your facts straight. BTW YIP rules

Both are important. It's not an "either, or" proposition. Most pilots aren't willing to completely sacrifice one for the other.

I spent plenty of time in YIP, unfortunately. It's a fu&^ing hole.
