I know this post has been out there before. My father flew back to MT for the summer and is now back in FL. The last annual was only $4200. If you look into AD's the duke only has about 4. Other airplanes like the 421 has 19 or more. If you know of anyone looking I will give you $5,000 cash if the deal happens.
I can promise you and the logbooks prove it that this is the cleanest nicest airplane you will ever find for $150,000. It is all hanger talk like the 421 was 15 years ago. My father is selling it because he is getting up there in age... If you see this let my father know .

Most people are trying to get rid of their twin recips. A Duke with mid time engines sold on e-bay for $65,000. I have a hard time believing that you'll be able to sell it for that price.

It's a shame, too, looks like a nice enough piece, there's just no market for them now.

1973 called...it wants its interior back! Nice plane I used to fly one of those but those engines burn 80 gph on takeoff!! That's $400/hour for fuel alone.

I talked to an aircraft broker friend of mine. He values a good Duke at $60k. That's one cabin twin that has taken a beating despite the fact that it's a great airplane. The non-geared c414 is the hot seller right now.

Didn't the army use the Duke airframe and then put turbines on them... C-21 I think
