Good point... However, I think that anyone still active will have 100% vesting already. Won't be an issue for them? Still important for us though.\!!

That's why I'm putting this out there. I hope NJASAP will take care of this, or at least get us a logical response one way or another. I have a feeling that won't happen without a little pressure from the working pilots.

If they don't NJA stands to recover around 1/2 a million from furloughed pilots 401Ks. I know the money they'll steal from me is just under 10K, and I didn't contribute much.

At flexjet this isn't a problem at all. We get a 100% match up to 10% of our salary and Flexjet doesn't steal any of it. Pretty good deal for us. And for Flexjet as well. Flexjet, Flexjet.
