So today it was stated under oath that there are no hassle/no punitive sick call and fatigue call out policies at Colgan.

This right after they threw the flight crew under the bus then backed up over them for good measure. Your Colgan air family loves you.

It's time to get vocal everyone. let anyone who asks know what the sick policy and more importantly the culture is here at Colgan air.
 
I'm glad I wasn't the only one that noticed. I hope that is somehow revisited... non-punitive my @$$.
 
The magnifying glass will be everywhere at Colgan. As it should be. Those partially responsible will/should be held accountable. Looks like the Captain had NO place being in that seat. Time to tighten up the reigns in the Colgan training department. The Feds did the same thing at Pinnacle after the 2 Gulfstream pilots crashed a CRJ.
