St Martin. Stay on Orient bay on the French side. GREAT beach, great food, great scenery.
(it is a French beach)

Puerto Plata, Dominican Rep. North shore, stupid cheap and absolutely beautiful. Really any city in the DR is nice, but for the price you can't beat Puerto Plata.

sandals white house resort about an hour from montego bay jamaica. Top shelf liquors, great staff, excellent food- just a superb 5 star resort. As previously mentioned, called the 1-800 sandals number. I needed an employment verification, which is usually done via a letter from the Chief Pilots office that states you're employed by an airline, but well worth the trip.

Also, some additional info from Sandals:

You can either go with the standby option of $200/night (which is for an entry-level room), or they offer 20% off their current promotions (which is 60%-65% off, so you get 80%-85% off normal rates). With the second option you can select the type of room you'd like, where as the first option you take what they give you. Either way, it's a great deal.
