I see that RAH is referring to all of the 190 deliveries as "99 seat" aircraft.

Did the IBT lose the Arbitration regarding the 190, or are they just doing absolutely nothing about the flying of aircraft without a CBA pay rate?

Are they going to continue to displace out of seniority order, or will there actually be a vacancy bid for the new deliveries?
