Sled... Sorry you have to go through all that on your own. I think I would go crazy if I had to go through all of the spaghetti charts when in fact there are much easier programs figured out by computer geeks. I think the best easy way is to wag it part 91 if you are so fortunate.

Whenever we have to get serious about it we use a program called UltraNav which can run the required calculations literally as fast as you can enter the information into the computer - maybe 15 seconds. Like I said, I know how to use the charts, but I know better.

That's funny. I look at it a bit different however; I've been playing with a stick all my life so the transition was quite easy! Having started on a boeing though, the pig, I'd rather fly that anyday.

I hope flying the bus is more fun than the training!
