Everyone knows that getting a job with a major airline is a great opportunity. Any advise out there on how to supplement the first year sallary gloom? What are you guys doing to make ends meet? Mabe I'm at a disadvantage due to living here in Cali. Any advise would be great.

If you know a pay cut is coming start saving now. That's what I did and my first year at SWA has been pretty painless. And this isn't meant to sound flip but try living w/in your means. Most Americans seemed to be way over in debt. That's my frugal two cents worth.

Marry a woman that makes more than you do or ever will...........

Alright! Finally some good info! Porn star it is! LOL Thanks guys.

U don't have to go all the way of being a full blown porn star if your morals are against it. Instead start shaveing your entire body every two days and just become a stripper. Great money and AMAZEING benefits.

This job may not be suitable for those in a relationship. Possible side affects may include divorce.
But hell being a pilot will result in divorce as well so you might as well earn some extra money to pay for it.
