Most tanker units hire 2 every year. www.wantscheck.com There's a link on the left somewhere that will take you to Guard/Reserve unit hiring. Its got contact info almost all guard units.

You can try www.baseops.net and click on the jobs link on the bottom right. Then, find what interests you and pick up a phone and start calling. I would say its best to get it straight from the horses mouth.
