The above post's are are all good advice!

My only adition is to make sure you have fun and enjoy going to work every day! There are a lot of jobs out there and and we all have different (thank god) priorities. It's very easy to get burned out on something you don't enjoy and aviation is no different!

I got an hour drive into work in the morning and I never dread going in, even when there's lightning or freezing drizzle to contend with on the commute. If you work at the right place, it don't matter if it's parts 91, 135, 141 or 121.
