Has anyone elso noticed that 135.89 paragraphs (2), (3), and (4) refer to altitudes of 25,000 and 35,000 feet as MSL? Part 91.211 correctly states these altitudes as Flight Levels. I checked both the FAA.gov eCFR page and the current ASA FAR/AIM and they both say the same thing. Whose job is it to proofread the regs before they are published?
