Well, I come back from vacation, and viola, The GeezerMeter is on page ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As you can tell, as I get older I have a tougher and toughter time making it until Midnight. I am trying. It's hell getting old. I can't imagine staying up til midnight flying 121 ops at 64.5 years old!!!

The Geezer Meter handbook clearly states in Rule 7a that all legal postings will use Herb Time. Any exception must be pre-approved by Whataburger a minimum of 24 hours but not more than 36 hours in advance.

CORRECT!!!

Rule 7a is CLEARLY stated in the the aformentioned bylaws.
I did not receive any "Early Posting Notification" from Mr. DH.

FURTHERMORE: His posting is should be NULL AND VOID.

However, due to prior GeezerMeter dedication and exuberance, I extend to Mr. DH Rule 86b, which states that, "A poster can be forgiven for one premature countdown posting, not to exceed 1 (one) hour, every 18 (eighteen) months."

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: The posting stands.
