what is the exact date of the Age 65 Rule Change - Do the retirements start on Dec 13th 2012 or Dec 14th 2012 ??

12:01am; December 15, 2012; is the beginning of the first day of "Age 65" retirements.

My trusty, dusty cell phone has a "countdown" set to this date which is what I base my :uzi:GeezerMeter calculations on. It ain't the law, but it's my best understanding of it.
