Evidently every clock in my house changes automatically... Had to go out to my car to see what an old tech clock said... Lol... Surveypilot should get the credit for tonight even though the time stamp on my post is closer to 0100 (Eastern time) ... Congrats... Well, since I'm here... I checked the Bylaws.

Volume 3, page 1148, Article IXVMC states:

"The all valid Meter updates are recorded at midnight Central time regardless of an impending "Fall back" or "Spring forward" which actually transpires at 2am. Arizona shall observe the Central Time rule at all times."
