Are assists allowed in the Bylaws?

Actually, since you asked, YES "assists" are addressed and allowed per the GeezerMeter Bylaws. Some of you might already know that:

In the Appendix of the Bylaws: Appendix Page MCIIIICIXICIIIV states: "Assists are allowed."

Yes. Herb time (or CDT) is the proper time zone to use with the Geezer Meter. I think it is referenced in page 1,548 of the Bylaws. However that being said I only have revision #8. Whataburger has the most current revision. Not sure what we are up to these days.
