Question for you smart guys...given that age 65 lengthens the pipeline,when does the windfall stop or for fo's the penalty

The irony of this thread is that it is a countdown to the date where the rule change will reach its maximum negative effect – a full five years of stagnation that sticks to FO’s for the rest of their careers.

..my logic tells me that everyone hired after the 65 enactment date(whether regional or major) is unaffected

Only if your notion of “unaffected” excludes those who sat in a pool or had their hiring delayed (losing years of longevity in the process) as a direct result of the non-attrition and stagnation imposed by the rule change.
