Hands down go to Flex! But don't hang up your resume. You will make a lot of contacts. Have fun, you will love the 300!!

Looks like you made the transition from a turboprop to the CL300 like he would make. Perhaps you could talk about that transition - easy/difficult? How do you like flying the CL300? He might be interested in that too.

CL300 is my first jet as well. The plane couldn't be easier. It's literally a Jet For Dummies. The plane tells you, via CAS, all you need to know then look in the QRH for the solution. Electrical took 30 minutes in ground school and I slept through it. ;)

Just don't try to flare like a T-prop for if you do it'll float for another 3000 ft. The CL300 makes going to work fun and I feel bad for all the guys bouncing around in the 30's working for a living.

Flex....the grass is truly greener on the other side....

Take it from a brother who left the stressful empty pocket living as a regional pilot. Never looking back, and my blood pressure dropped 20 points.

HSF, their loss was our gain! You and your family (hugs to the kids) are a welcome addition to the NJ pilotgroup/extended Union family....:) NJW

Personally, I'd take the Flexjet job and run. Have you actually looked at a Challenger 300? As a new FO, you get to fly this awesome machine around:

This is the LAST thing your decision should be based on unless you have a bad case of SJS. Your decision should be based on quality of life, pay, benefits and company philosophy.

I pay somone to mow the lawn and take the garbage out. But thanks anyway!

So you know Pablo! Those guys do a great Job and very reasonabley priced.

Compared to almost any turboprop you could fly, all modern jets seem built for dummies. And considering some of those that I work with, and some of the goofs that I pull it's a good thing too.
