Good on the crew. Bad on the company for giving them vouchers.

100 high school seniors just learned a good lesson that needs to be reported on.
Can't do whatever you want on an airplane.

If the captain had to get on the PA- that tells me the adults (if they were 18) and adult sized kids were pretty out of control.

Benefit of the doubt goes with the crew. Might be wrong, but probably a good job and SWA is just giving them vouchers to make it go away like any airline would.

Problem is most of the airplane were those kids, and they were grouped together, so not a lot of other witnesses to say 'good job crew, they were getting nutty'

Btw- how many seats in the AT configuration? Kind of ashamed I didn't know

I think this is awesome! Good for AirTran/Southwest for kicking them off the plane. Next time Heads up these Brats on the Greyhound or Amtrak

I applaud the captain and his crew for doing the right thing. It is time people are held accountable for their actions and these were spoiled kids who thought they could get by with whatever and now they know better. Cancel their tickets, too, no refund.

I will bet that the 12 hour delay and routing through Milwaukee, gave them time to think about the rafting and missed rides though...
