I doubt any charter airline or LCC will have a greater pitch on the seats whether it is a 180 pax airplane or a 100 seater. Besides, if you can get a higher capacity plane for the same as a Spirit or F9 100 seater, why not take it. No one likes a middle seat.TC

F9!

A319=114 pax, 33in seat pitch, +TV/Movies in every seat back (I think they're even FREE on charters)!

Good Luck!

The company I work for is looking to send 100 people from FLL to LAS for a few days, and they would like me to look into chartering something. I went to The Charter Guide, and they had some suggestions, but the smallest airplane they listed was a ATA 737-800, and that has 160 seats.

Anyway, I have two questions. First, should I go through a broker, or is this something I can do on my own? Would a broker save me money?

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanks

Brokers ALWAYS save you money. :D Well most of the time, ok sometimes... well we make things easier.

Brokers do not always save you money--just the opposite...
What kills is the minimum while you are in LAS if you are an out an back. Few are going to leave the airplane there while you gamble without significant charges.

f9!

Did I mention FLL and LAS are mainline cities? The Airline could possibly sell the repo legs to FLL/ from LAS, thus eliminating ferry cost? I'm in no position to say that they would, but it seems like a good idea...

Well I just got the dates, so I'll start shopping around. Of course friday at 6pm EST isn't a good time, but I can send some e-mails.
