Let's see some Pros and Cons opinions regarding working for Regionals vs. Fractionals. Such as pay, life style, immediate and future benefits. Where a pilot could be 10 years down the road with Regionals? what about Fractionals? Any imput/ experience with either one is more than welcome.

How is the upgrade done at regionals(e.g ACA)? Let's say someone is hired with 1500 hrs and 6 months latter someone else with 4500 hrs. Who gets to get upgraded first? The one with more time has to wait until his seniority number is coming?
