    Just spoke to someone over there and this is what I was told. The pay is salary, and is just of $40,000/yr for dc9 FO and only around $10,000 more per year as CA. Also, there is no payscale, and no raises.

    Thanks for the reply. Is it mostly Ad Hoc with a lot of sitting around in hotels? I was told that the days off are broken up and sporadic, so you really don't have ability to plan anything in your personal life, is that accurate?

    Yokes are not outdated; real planes have yokes. Keep on riding around in your Airbus. Pretty soon airbus will design a pilotless cockpit and guess what, you'll be forced to use a yoke again when you transition back to a Boeing.
