I think they did have it on a couple of planes, but the number of write-ups saying: "RAAS system not working. Will not quit saying: ON TAXI-WAY. Starts shortly after tug is removed and continues until takeoff. Resumes again upon exiting the runway" was too much to handle.
Sorry...I couldn't...
No, my advise was sound. You don't want to many things bugging you during training. You don't want to loose the best job in the industry do to worrying about home issues. ;)
While your at it, don't get to wrapped up in tying up any lose ends at home. Let your family take care of that stuff. It's there job to help you out during training!
Oh...and I would also advise you not to worry about how to spell the word "advice." It really doesn't matter...
:D:D:D:D
You're right...something isn't right. What isn't right is all of the articles claiming he has 19.5 years of service. He only has 15.5 years on active duty. They are counting his 4 years of USAFA time. He's a 1996 grad.
He's not six months from retirement (but that does make a good story)...
Re-reading your question, I understand more about what you are asking...I think.
You want to know if we are all on the same page as far as:
1-6 minutes = .1
7-12 minutes = .2
etc....
Is that what you are wondering?
Navy uses "yellow sheets." Actually, I think the official name is Naval Flight Record (NAVFLIR)...but, like so many things in the Navy, one base calls it one thing and another calls it something else. A copy can be found here...
