I was actually having a smoke and saw it first hand, pretty darn crazy to see.
The weather was roughly 2400rvr, calm winds, 400over "ish" and snowing when we came in from PIT about 30 minutes prior.

You know, it's REALLY WEAK if pilot groups are acting like this towards each other with the one-finger salute and so on...........you would think all of us would realize that management makes the codeshare decisions not the pilots. Not to mention professionalism.
I interviewed at RAH a few weeks ago and all but 1 of applicants were CURRENT 121 regional...........2 were Captains!! The other was 135.
