Jetblue and Lufthansa to Code-Share
Give me some examples of mainline scope (and the airline it comes from) that would have stopped this codeshare? In the case of JB and Lufthansa, it has no effect on our E190 guys or our A320 guys, in fact with increased pax, it might allow for some growth. Rumor is that the PVC is working... -

Are there any Unionized majors that don't have a codeshare? Does anyone really think if a union was voted in in Jan that this codeshare wouldn't be happining today? Give me a break. -

Republic seeking incentives???
If Repbulic moves then SW would be a huge winner. They save 170 mil and still get rid of the competition in Denver. Unfortunately for SW I think this is a total bluff. Denver is very expensive to operate at and BB is trying to take advantage of being in BK to lower them. Nothing new there. -

Mesa takes Delta to court!
I hate to say it but my guess is Mesa wins this. Delta is looking ditch 50 seaters and this was a shot in the dark. I mean, how can Freedom ERJ's be out of compliance but not the 900s that are all on the came certificate and report under the same numbers? -

ATA may sell off passenger ops..found on another site
My question is IF they sold the scheduled ops, how do you decided which pilots go (scheduled ops) and which stays (cargo/troops)? Do the pilots go with the airplane they currently fly? If this is true and I was senior at ATA I would really be looking in to this to see what side I wan't to be on... -

Is B6 getting serious about A319/A321 yet?
We had 5 190s down in JFK alone one day last week that caused 12 cx'd flights. The plane isn't in the same ballpark as the 320. I haven't heard a thing about 319's but I hear that there is a good chance the 321 will be showing up soon because of the reduced slots in JFK. Less flights same... -

Suggestions on getting to SXM, St. Martin?
Go on JB. 5 jump seats (2 up front and 3 in the back). If the lady is an FA she can also jump. 1 flight a day leaves around 10 am from JFK. -
