    Pinnacle TA Passes....

Why did ALPA National allow something like this to happen? They do represent the Regional Pilots, don't they?

Ditto what Gator said. I spoke with him the past summer and he told me he is no longer in the business.

    Just like a 150...

I agree too. I was on an MD-88 that started to do S-turns on final and it freaked out a bunch of passengers. One lady even screamed out loud. We have plenty of passengers on our flights that are afraid to fly, so go have fun on your days off with airplanes.

    ASA/XJT update

Seems like the last decade has been nothing but signed contracts in hopes of the industry/economy turning around.

They should've used the one with "Flipper" on the tale.

How many ASA lines on 7/900?

I'm thinking about switching to the 900, but I'm a little nervous about squaring off my turns at the approach end of 26L. Will they cover that in the sim or do I have to figure out how to keep that bad boy from going off the taxiway?

Also, your contributions to your HSA account are with PRETAX money. That's another bit of savings versus using your paycheck money.

    Do Pilots Think About Crashing?

I read the four comments that are currently there. I would say "Prime Outsourcing" is a pilot because he used the wrong form of "your" in his statement.

    145 vs 200

Since we got those new LED Nav Lights, I'm swaying back toward the CRJ now.

ASA has 3 Union reps work 6 days to run PBS

50-50 odds ???? I'll take it. It's the best chance I've ever had against the company using the contract against me.

United to review new pilot applications starting next week

First year pay of $31 or $32 according to WFFF.com. Why does every airline make first year pay seem like a form of hazing????? Plus the added benefit of no health insurance for 6 months here.
