I dunno Flechas, go re-read his Scary Numbers thread. If he isn't a troll, he easily has the poorest attitude of anyone I've ever met in aviation, and frankly, am happy that he's on the airline side - I won't ever have to share a cockpit with him.

Guys, don't feed the trolls. Read a bunch of what Skyline says on other threads, and you'll see that he's FOS everywhere. He just does it to get a rise out of people. I will say this though, as far as trolls go around here, he's pretty good at it.
I'd think long and hard about buying a Malibu. If the Bonanza fits your mission, I'd buy that over a Malibu in a heartbeat. The Malibu drinks less than your 340, but it might very well make up for that in MX costs. I've known several Malibu pilots, and they all say the plane doesn't do anything...
I stay where I want to stay - Hilton, Marriot, Hyatt - doesn't matter. I basically keep it reasonable. I usually try for a Holiday Inn, as that's where my points are. Never shared a room, but I fly single pilot. I wouldn't be expected to if I were part of a crew, though.
