    Mistakes because of Fuel Savings?

I used to see SWA land 35 in PHL quite often, less now after their latest overrun accident but I see it every now and then. 5,400 runway, B737...? I've never 'flown' a 737 so I have no idea what you can do safely but in the CR200 it's doable but can get a bit sketchy if you don't pound it in...

    Air Wisconsin

I'm not sure about that. I believe it was stated they had something like 3 months to decide, and that put the decision sometime around september/octoberish. Check out the posts on the air willy forum regarding the updates for specifics.

that's funny, I would hope that awac management sees this post and never puts out a PIF about anything related to additional business without a public press release posted first again. it's rediculous that this info was immediately posted here on flightinfo. this is for awac employees eyes...

    avoid airline career

you're making $128,000/yr flying a TP??? really?.... He's made 24k so far this year, which equals out to 32k/yr reserve 4 x 32k = $128,000 As you said, you've got several types and 7000 hours. To compare your job with a second year FO is like comparing the pay of a master chef with a subway...

the sim was twitchy but not impossible. you need more patience if you think that thing was twitchy. wait till you get into a CRJ sim. 20 seconds to look over the plates? you're lucky! How about "ok sit down, and here's your clearance...we're starting off at XYZ and you are on the runway..."...

Midwest looking for 50 seat A/C

It's possible; MAG has quite a few fleet types (1900, Dash 8, ERJ, CRJ) and for the same reason Southwest has cheaper costs using a common fleet type ExpressJet may very well be able to keep costs lower. With 270 aircraft, you've got almost 100 more than Mesa, and with those additional...

    Air Cargo Carriers

that's bogus - I went to arch rival ERAU and was called, interviewed, and was hired. Even had that on my resume. Didn't know anyone. Didn't get walked in. Just did the online thing and snail mailed my resume. Followed up with a phone call to marilyn. Took about 3 weeks from sending it in to...

Is that TURBINE PIC or just turbine and PIC. IE I have ~ 1850 PIC, but zero turbine PIC. I understand the zero g stuff is senior, I'm just specifically talking about hiring as an FO. Is EC still the CP?

I've been interested in AJ for a while, and am famliar with their contract with Zero G. What would competitive mins be for an FO? I've talked to EC a few times, a real nice guy but I could never could get a straight answer out of him. He threw around a few numbers... This would be coming from...
