I know that but I also now how things get told second hand too. I am not defending anyone here. I am glad he is gone too. Now if we can get someone that nows a little bit about aviation and pilots. Like I said before I hope they change the "slide to poverty" payscale.

He said that he left a year before Nahill. Nahill was at the helm almost 2 years.

A matter of semantics:

one person can read that he left a year before Nahill left.
another person can read that he left a year before Nahill arrived.

The funny thing is that we usually tend to read things like that the way that most supports what we think is right and wrong. In any case, Scheeringa said he was going to leave a new message at the end of the week(today), so we will see what happens with that.

I guess everyone can read except DEP, I was original Travel Air, and left last year, I guess that should clear things up, and even if you don't agree with me DEP, the majority would, he made Options into a place that is as good as a reginal airline, nothing more, I was not the only one who left or who are leaving, crappy hotels from good ones, less crew meals, crapy pay scale, still, poor maint., still poor support from management, the list keeps growing from what I hear from friends still there.

Yeah I guess I read it wrong. I thought you meant you left a year before Nahill came to the company. Also after reading what I posted. It didn't come out right. I totally agree with you on everything. Nahill did screw a lot of things up. Just about everything he did was a mess. I had guys telling me because he has a master degree. He must know what he is doing. I just hope the next guy has some common sense and can get that "slide to poverty" payscale fixed.

I hope he has some knowledge of airplanes, knowledge of crew life, knowledge of hotel life, knowledge of pay, knowledge of cost of living, knowledge of maintenance.......ah, I think you get the picture.

Nahole's had two big problems in doing the job his position called for. First he had no aviation back ground at all, had no idea what we as crews have to contend with on a daily basis, and considered us as uneducated and a unfortunate necessity that he had to tolerate.

Last but not least the man was nothing more the a bean counter and viewed every thing through the eyes of a bean counter. And we all know what a negative impact the thought process of a bean counter have on anything to do with aviation.
