Very sad...:smash::puke::uzi::angryfire:puke:

How deep do those kids have their heads buried in the sand? A 1.5% pay raise? When all regionals are so hurting for pilots that the regional business is changing by leaps and bounds ? I just don't get it.

Look at the raise for the New Guys. $8 with the potential of another $8 if Company wants to increase for recruiting. That's why it passed. Who wouldn't vote an $8 raise while everyone else in the company get 1.5%???

Anyone with a brain and some integrity.

With the new extra bonus ( on top the one they already get) it's more like a 4-5% raise.. With the potential for more if the company does well...

Where do the bonus's come from? Everything is pretty much tied to the contract with the Mainline Carriers isn't it?? Plus everything is based on a fixed cost when it comes to contract flying. Seems to me the bonus will be smoke and mirrors.

I can see it now. No profit sharing due to new contract cost and bonus's to get people on the property.

They guaranteed 90mill minimum a year profit.... Man you guys are so negitive. Most old timers here came to SkyWest with the career expectation of E120 captain making 50k. And now are RJ captains making 120k a year home every night...Not sure what the complaints are about..

Hmmm, maybe all the closed bases(YUM, BFL, PRB, SMX, SBP, SBA, SAN, CLD, MRY, SMF), along with working an extra 6 or even 7 days a month for the same credit due to pairing inefficiency?

Anyone that were at those bases are able to do SEA-MKE 8.5hr turn locals.... 3 days a week... 3 on 4 off for 120k a year is way easyer then 6-8 leg Metro days!!!
