EMB145 Cabin Trainer installed at ATL Flight Safety

An Embraer fuselage (cabin trainer) was crammed into the ATL Flight Safety building today...Why? ATL FSI has always been a CRJ training facility. I'm confused. It looked like an old CHQ frame in Delta colors.

They tried selling it for $50 on Craigslist but couldn't. Just waiting to scrap it. Anything related to the E145 has the resale value of a pet rock.

Incorrect. It is a 145. The windows and panels are all 145 as well as the front end, not CRJ.

As they come off contract at L-XJT they will sign a new lease agreement and have L-ASA pilots/flight attendants fly them instead. This will also help offset loses of any CRJ2s and the company gets the cost savings they needed to make flying the aircraft viable. Just a wild @ss guess

Incorrect. The XR's will be flying somewhere long after the last CRJ is turned into scrap. Although it won't be with the current pilots......
