Ran across a stat says most Junior Captain hired 11/13?

I thought Horizon was a career killer at 7+ years as an FO?

Just had a QX jumpseat on us. He took first available upgrade. He's a summer 2004 hire at QX. Had to go to ANC for upgrade.

Might live there. Drive to work. Wife has a good job. Who knows. Lots of 7 plus yr fo's at the regionals. I don't think anyone intentionally looks for a career as an fo at the regionals or decade upgrade.

ANC is where most of the JR upgrades went.
