Please take a screen shot of your vote on the XJT TA. Keep it on your Smart Phone, so that when we meet at work and discuss the TA, I can verify your position and enjoy some valid camaraderie. Please also take a screen shot of the confirmation email that will be sent after you vote. Thanks, see ya on the line.

I'll have a screenshot of both so I can be "in the club" with no matter who I talk to.

I have absolutely no faith in the integrity of the ALPA voting process or the administrators of the voting process. What safeguards do we have to ensure the integrity and validity of this TA vote? Here is a nice message on the ALPA Ballot page that does nothing to assuage my concerns.

Voter Notice: On the morning of September 26 there was a power outage at the location where servers are housed by our voting vendor. It is our understanding that as a result of the outage the email server which sends thank you messages has generated duplicate thank you emails to voters. We have had no indication that voting has been compromised. However, voters always have the opportunity to resubmit votes at any point before a ballot closes. The final ballot is the one that is tallied.

You may receive messages reminding you to vote even after you've cast a ballot. Those messages are sent to all voters because the ALPA voting system allows you to change your vote at any time while the ballot is open. If you change your vote, then only your last vote will be recorded. Your vote confirmation number (which is available only to you) is your receipt indicating that your vote has been recorded by the balloting company.
