Hi Pilots,

Chad and Barlie would like to extend a special holiday greeting to all ExcuseJet pilots. We know that you all work very hard at your highly skilled jobs as airline pilots, and that you spend way too much time away from loved ones, but that is really not important right now. Profits and executive performance are what's really important. In that light, we would like the entire ExcuseJet pilot group to cooperate with our request for you to forfeit duty-rigs, vacation low rules, Reserve Golden Day rules, as well other important QOL work rules. If you agree, we will give you a pay increase well below the indexed inflationary rate for any time period backward or forward for the length of the contract. We know that you guys scare easily, so we would appreciate it if you succumb to our attempts at frightening you and your family with implied threats of lost flying if you don't submit to our requests for ridiculous contract rules and wages fit for a toilet scrubber at Madison Square Garden. We feel that we have a chance at success with the current TA passing, due to Legacy ExcuseJet pilots historically agreeing to pay cuts for future rewards. We know that they are all talk. Their track record proves it. As for Legacy Assy pilots, we know that they always fall for whatever we tell them at road shows and crew lounge leadership visits. They are so gullible and worn-out. They will fall for anything we tell them. We realize that we are a profitable company, but that doesn't matter. We need more, and we want you to supply it. Please remember that we greatly appreciate your lack of intestinal fortitude during these times of contract negotiations. We also appreciate your JNBC being so cooperative in giving away contract rules that you find so important. We will reward them nicely for their collusion. Enjoy your holidays. If you happen to be working on Christmas, just remember that you are doing it for Chad and Barlie. We can't afford to pay you holiday pay because it went to our friends in Utah. We know that you understand that our lives are more valuable and important than your lives. Happy Holidays. Thanks for all that you do (for Chad and Barlie).

You and Freebrd roommates?

I am not upset at them for offering. Not emotional, just No. If they want to point to pinnacle contract, then fine, I will vote no again. I have reached my limit of what I am willing to trade my time in return for compensation.

You are certainly not alone. I don't know if you are in the majority or not. We will know one month from now.

even if it is 60/40 no at LXJT and 60/40 yes at LASA, its an overall no. I am still trying to figure out what pilot group within a group this didn't p!zz off? Instead of divide and conquer, there is a nugget in there for everyone...

The company did a good job at make us a unified group!
See other crews, and we all are "hello, vote No".?
It's the new greeting.

We haven't been this unified since...Surejet!
