Won't have to do much more than put an injured 14 year old girl on the stand, and let her tell her story. Then introduce the defendant and his statement made to law enforcement. The complaint speaks volumes.
Bet the jury is out less than 1 hour. The only thing he has going for him is it is a federal complaint vs state prison.
