This happened at my last 2 jobs... Both companies followed a pattern of CFO resignation, followed by bankruptcy filing, followed by liquidation.

They only have $1.4 million in cash and a market cap of $6 million. Named executives terminated without cause receive one year salary according to their proxy statement.
