Has US Airways started calling new applicants to interview?

So people are getting a no thanks email just from applying? Only one I ever heard of doing that is swa, everyone else just never calls/emails.

My guess is they didn't meet the minimum requirements and it was automatically generated.

Did I read earlier that you don't have a degree? If so they are not going to call. No one is getting hired without it. Maybe sometime in the future but not right now. Looks like you have lots of experience so maybe if they lift that requirement you will be one of the first called but as of now it is still a requirement.
