We do not know the terms of the scope. 255 is strikingly close to the number of large RJs allows at DAL.
This may not equate to furloughs or loss of hiring, but may provide new feed in underperforming markets.
Didn't the language submitted to the judge say up to 88 seats, and the count must less than the number of aircraft flown by mainline? That essentially guts scope. It may be more seats than that for all we know.
