So with the 35% of each new hire class coming from ALPA DCI, plus the percentage coming from Compass (is it 50%????), how many seats will be open to Skywest, Republic/Shuttle/Chautaqua, military, etc in the new hire classes?

in my class of 25 or so there were 2 women and the rest were white dudes.

If so, who is jar jar supposed to blame for his lack of career progression?

70% minority / female
30% college educated rj pilots >1000tpic not meeting the above requirements.

I think you have Delta confused with United :) Seriously though, everyone who is hired is qualified. Whats your beef?

Not sure what your point is but I have joked ...

That when all the Chuck Yeagers, females, minority, military, Line check airmen/APD's get hired, the rest of us Joe Schmows will get hired.

In my new hire class of 30, 2 were women, 3 were corporate and the total of 30 was roughly 50/50 mil/civ.

All of the first classes will have to be offered to recalls first. About 200 still out. When those take it or leave it recalls are gone, then newhires will start training...
