Wondering if any Chautauqua guys can send me the PDF file of the POH. Would love to get a head start on memory items, limitations, and call outs before class. Would be much appreciated. Feel free to PM me.

You would do better to download a copy of the RAH contract from APC and study the scheduling section. Especially the reserve rules.

You might also research the history and application of the "fly it and grieve" doctrine.

36 memory items? Worthless QRH? 8 leg days? That's Chautauqua. Get a job somewhere else...it isn't worth it to work at RAH.

Dont worry about it...... its all about to change in the POH, we are finally getting our books and memory items up to a 2004 standard. The memory items are getting mostly dropped down to about 8. Other procedures are getting simpler. This is in the next POH revision due out in the next month or 2.

Source....... is Check Airman and FAA on recent jumpseats

Hope you like 18-19 hour credit, 4 day trips that have a TAFB of 88 hours.

This is a regional airline we are talking about right? You need to make a good living buy most of you talk of this like it's supposed to be a major airline? Can't have your cake and eat it too.

Thanks for the reminder.

New hires on the second-class-citizen side of RAH also have to deal with the angst of their betters.

Yeah no kidding, maybe S5 and RW pilots can walk your resume in! Haha! Whoever ends up at CHQ, you'll be pleased to know that you are among some of the best aircrews and you can take pride in knowing that the training you get through is the hardest of all three certificates. Good luck!

He's talking about you, turncoat.
