THE SITUATION...The Situation is that management is incompetent, not forthcoming with truthful information and trying their best to run this place out of business...Thats THE SITUATION...
And that the pilots got gready, bought into the union is everything mentality and drove a stake into the already bad relationship between the pilots and the company!!!!!! We showed them !!!!!!!!! LOLOLOLOLOL

The correlation is pretty clear to those not brainwashed by the union machine...
So would you mind explaining how NetJets employs well over 2,000 pilots?
Another chief pilot leaving now to join JW and FC at that "upper tier" flight department. You think they know something?...
This thread has nothing to do with Netjets. The union WAS a contributing factor to CA's demise.
Uncle Warren's bottomless pockets are the true reason behind Netjets' bulletproof status. To be fair, though, your Sales department has identified a price point for your contracts which keeps your Company sustainable.
Netjets pioneered the Fractional industry. You guys trailblazed; we're all grateful for your hard work.
For Pete's sake, cut back on the "everything revolves around Netjets" attitude. We all know that you guys are King of the Hill. Let us have our shot at success in the Fractional industry.
says the guy working at Avantair commenting on a Citationaire thread:beer:
I emptied my wallet of all my business cards to the crew that I met in VGT at the end of my last tour. Said "pass 'em out to anyone who might need 'em". After hearing the pain in their voices while describing their looming furloughs, I felt compelled to do so. Also, I submitted two ex-CA resumes during my week off over the last couple of days. It is the absolute least that I can do.
I have been preaching Fractional solidarity since my very first posts in the Fractionals thread after being hired at Avantair. Karma's a b1tch. I would hope that the same courtesy would be shown to me if Avantair went t1ts-up (or had a shift in operational strategy).
PS..if I'm not mistaken you are always one of the first to announce how great Avantair is doing when the rest have had some difficulties of late....
I couldn't be more proud of Avantair. We're barely scraping by, busting our azzes, pinching pennies, sucking it up, all in the interest of attempting to elevate our little startup to a level of greatness enjoyed by Granddaddy Netjets. There's not a bit of arrogance in ANY post that I've made here. And (I'm taking a bit of a liberty here) my attitude is shared by our pilot group as a whole. We wish success for everybody. You'd be hard pressed to find a post where I wished ill-will upon someone. Actually, you won't find one, period
Another chief pilot leaves for Phizer. In the past 8 months CA has lost the DFO, Sovereign/X chief pilot, and the now the chief pilot. The top three individuals in flight ops have left.
