Because dude, he's gonna get his hours and leave. Who cares if the whole place burns!

...............That's the plan. The way I figure it, is that crew scheduling is trying VERY hard to make sure that I don't want to stay here, and it's working.

Well, if Skywest Airlines does not having aging aircraft, does not require airframe inspections or engine overhauls, and is not the airline doing the US Airways Express flying, then you might be correct.

Your post is very inflammatory and divisive. Most of the Skyw crews i come in contact with during a trip are very friendly and cordial. I believe you represent the minority over on that side.

SkyWest (OO) does have aging aircraft. SkyWest (OO) does have some that require airframe inspections. SkyWest (OO) is doing the US Airways Express flying. However, SkyWest (Inc) owns the aging aircraft, that need inspections, and are doing the US Airways Express flying. Therefore, Inc takes the hits on those things, not OO. Tell ya what, we'll meet here again on Feb. 15th, after the earnings call, and see who was correct.

I'd second that! I would also like to add our highly skilled, only seeing black and white writing (especially in how do deal with your own people) management to that statement!!

cue Nevets with some blah blah blah diatribe in 3, 2, .....as soon as his puts down his ALPA mag and, uh, 'settles things down' to where his hands are free to type anyway.

Why? Flyguy already said what I would have said. Oh, and they could probably save more than $18 million with one list.;)

Something tells me this loss can be squarely attributed every airline under the SkyWest Inc. banner except SkyWest Airlines. Looking forward to that financial bonus check.

You must be drunk on that kOOl aid. And in case you don't understand rhetorical statements, no need for you to respond to this post. Point made and case closed.;)

And Inc also owns ASA and XJT and Tripp and Air Mekong. Your point on Inc owning everything under the Inc umbrella doesn't make your case. In fact, it weakens it. But you are probably too blinded by your kOOl aid.
