I posed this question on another thread, but it's a serious question and I thought I would start a new thread for it.

This seems like political suicide in the making! If the MEC were to present an AIP to the membership with less money, less protections and less seniority, they will literally have to move far away to escape the hate mail and flaming doo-doo on their doorsteps.

The money may be less, but the seniority numbers will be a lot higher, and eventually the money will be there. Highly doubtful there will always be a b-scale. You all know that! Quit playing games like "recall your reps" and "Alpa doesn't know what they are doing." What if they DO know what they are doing? That seems to scare a bunch of you.

Bye Bye---General Lee

I'm being told by SWA pilots that SWAPA is now promising it's members that AT pilots will have to go through preferential interviews before integration. I'm not surprised; as I said earlier, SWAPA had backed themselves into this corner and had little room to move towards a compromise without risking a mutiny against SC.

Yet again .... False.

Your new nickname is "dc." It stands for disinformation campaign. It's working however and I applaud your efforts. We are all wasting our time on your posts. Well done!

No, I posted the exact quote where the SWA pilot said he saw the promise. He doesn't even deny it.

Your source is wrong. SWAPA isn't releasing anything to us. Let alone something like that. There might be pilots suggesting things like that on the forums but nothing like it is being discussed at SWAPA. I'm new to this forum, haven't been here in years, but it seems to me like OYS, general lee, and Nindiri try to put out false information just to get people to argue with one another. I wouldn't beleive anything that comes from these guys.

Nindiri has no source he just makes up anything to get a rile out of you. He is the perfect definition of TROLL.

He never produced a single document from any union official to back up any thing he says.

Here is me acting like Nindiri:

AT ALPA demands additional pay for years served and relative seniority plus 1 year to make up for the loss of money from SL9. I have proof from all the ALPA lawyers and a video tape of Gary Kelly in secret negotiations with airtran. I won't post it because I posted it a couple months back but I can't find where I posted it so you just have to believe me when I tell you I heard it from a trusted source.

That was fun now I see why he like to make up so much bull $hit. I guess I can start coming into these forums posting the best made up stuff I can think of and watch the fireworks.

Maybe not because then I may end up like Nindiri: You cannot see this imposter because he is on your ignore list.

Not just this forum.
SW Captain Dennis something, gray hear, small build, JSed on my plane CLT to BWI said directly into my face in May that they expect a staple or a near staple. Me and FO almost fell off of our chairs.
So don't tell me that you haven't been riding the "staple" wave for some time now.

Have not heard that yet but good idea you have. I will past this on the GK. Since they/ we know who you are ,it will have a name atached to it.

The radicals on here have been demanding that I post some union document which they know isn't released by SWAPA to the public, but the staple promise was all over the SWA pilots' message board in the months leading up to the rejected AIP, with SWA pilots talking about their union leadership promising they would get it.. I don't know why the radicals are so enraged about me mentioning it; I haven't criticized them for it. I do think it was a tactical blunder by SWAPA to promise a staple without being sure they could deliver it, but that's their business.

The talk of making AT pilots go through a preferential interview was also on the board, but I never saw anything about a SWAPA promise of it until Roomwithaview confirmed it today. Interesting.

These guys here know what I'm talking about. I suspect that they are simply trying to lure me into a TOS violation by getting me to post internal documents and private message board posts.

Getting back to the original topic, is there any news of progress coming out of Dallas this week? I can't imagine the AT MEC sending out anything less than the original proposal. What about SWAPA? Will the radicals led by SC allow SWAPA to make any further attempts to compromise?

So let me see if I can understand your thinking...

IF a few SW pilots may have mentioned they would like a complete staple of the Airtran group, then that was the SWAPA agenda?

Complete BS. I'm sure the AAI forum was all singing from the same sheet of paper.

Here's a fact Nindiri.....SWAPA representatives have stated to their members, time and time again that a staple was not even close to realistic, and I agreed as most others did too.

As far as your SC "I was told..", is absolutely false. I have read just about every thread on SWAPA and there isn't even a HINT of anyone having a problem with him. Quit throwing stuff to the wall to see if it sticks, that's all you are trying here. Ridiculous.
