Actually out of all the Express planes flying at US Airways, Mesa has the best Stats! We (Pdt), Wisconisn, and PSA pretty much suck!

More important then what Mesa's numbers are. Is where they mostly operate. If the majority of your flights are in the northeast. You have no chance against a carrier that has the majority of their flights out of Vegas and Phoenix.

Not only do I remember... I had a first hand conversation with the girl Captain! Let's just say she was braggin about only being in aviation for 3 years and already being a e 145 captain with only 1600hrs total. Scary stuff. How did that workout for her? Thank god nobody died that night in roa.

Yep... The FO was a new hire girl also. She was a older lady and I heard she developed Breast Cancer and died. Once she died the Captain Chick tried to jump all over her grave by then coming out and placing more of the blame on a dead person that could no longer defender herself.

There were some guys from CCAir that knew her.... And after I talked to her came right up to me and said, "Son, stay far away from that one:."

I listened to them.........

Sorry, I was only talking about when they flew for US Airways. Back then they basically sucked..... And Mesa people will tell you that.

Long story short... Bout 9 years ago a Mesa E145 crew was flying into ROA on a clear but gusty winter night. The Captain's brief stated that since 33's now 34's runway has rising terrian at the departure end that a "Go around was not gonna be an option". She then stalled the plane upon landing. Impact was so hard the engines were bent, and there was skin damage underneath.
She didn't write up the plane or leave a note for the next mornings crew. Then they showed up, preflighted and since it was early morning I guess didn't notice the damage and flew that plane to CLT. That's it...... Kinda....

As for Mesa, I watched one of their mechanics speed-tape a ceiling panel in place on an RJ because it wouldn't stay latched in place. That made a hell of an impression on the 50 of us in our seats watching!

Chris, why dont you do all of us a favour and tell your boss to quit f----G mesa airlines and its employess...tell him to f--- quit and go away..He did enough damage to many lives
