Here it is. Hot off the press.

From J.O.

HERE IT IS!!!!!! This is the ruling we have been waiting for from the court in NY confirming our plan of reorganization! While there are a few “clean up” items over the next few weeks our exit from bankruptcy is now assured!!!! I would like to thank EVERYONE for your incredible dedication, support and hard work over this last year. While the company certainly has challenges going forward in a tough environment this is certainly a giant step in the direction of success! This is certainly a moment for us to appreciate and remember. SOME GOOD NEWS!

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Thanks again!

From the court

CONCLUSION
Based on the facts of this unique case where: (1) the Debtors are subject to both the Transportation Code and the Bankruptcy Code; and (2) have developed a distribution scheme that provides for distribution of New Common Stock to U.S. Citizens and New Warrants to Non-U.S. Citizens while the claims resolution process takes place, the Debtors have met their burden of proving all elements of section 1129 necessary for confirmation of the Plan. For the reasons discussed above, the Objection is overruled. A separate order will be entered confirming the
Plan.

I gotta hand it to Mesa mgmt. They know how to pull the organization out of the fire.

If ASA were in this situation financially, we would have died 3 years ago. 80% of the personnel at HQ are useless people who do nothing but create bureaucracy and cant get anything done correctly!

Mesa guys, get ready to be bought. Your company will come out of bankruptcy with essentially no debt....good thing but your cost per available seat mile is sky high in those ratted out CRJ 700/900's that JO makes you fly. You guys are not competitive with a CASM that high, no way. I am tickled to death for the hard working professional pilots at your company who deserve to feed the family but yet very disappointed that JO has once again gotten away with screwing his employees. Best of luck.... btw MESA SUCKS!!

Where are your CASM numbers?..Just because they came out of BK doesn't mean they will automatically be bought. JO will not give up the reins that easily.

Who here really thought they were going to fold?

This is MESA we're talking about remember? They'd be around even if aviation as an industry folded....driving buses for 50% less than industry average pay.

Sometimes when you poop you'll flush the toilet, see the turd physically go down the hole, only to return to the surface escaping the fate of a watery grave.

That is precisely what has just occurred.

Yeah but when that happens you can't be mad....just impressed.

I wish them the best of luck and hopefully this reorganization leads to prosperous times ahead for all involved.

(Read: All 70-90 seat airplanes back to the lessor in exchange for turboprops and 50 seat jets)

Not really because it would mean someone an flush it down again ensuring its demise.

Mesa will soon be an LCC wholly owned. Go will be on its own cert with JO running the show and an exclusive enter island codeshare with US in exchange for some $.

No one believes in second chances. They could be bought by Skywest or even form a new industry leading contract by joining Skywest.
