Is being offensive a violation of the ToS? If that is the case, 50% of the posts on FI are in violation and without those offensive posts FI would be no fun.

People can use "minority" in a general sense without violating a ToS, as long as it's not referencing one, particular gender, race, creed, or religion. Get specific, and it's not allowed.

The next person who re-reports the same post which has already been discussed and is NOT a violation of the ToS is going to go to the penalty box for wasting my time.

It's not any more a Slanderous post now that it was before. In addition, to the uneducated people who don't understand the difference between Slander and Libel, get a Thesaurus.

Yeah, I'm getting a little irritated at the reported posts that aren't ToS violations. Maybe if we start suspending people who improperly report posts, they'll actually go READ the ToS while they're on their FI vacation and figure out what's an infraction and what's not.

Knock it off, or spend a month off thinking about it.

Although I have thick enough skin to not give a rats @#$ when someone says something like that I find it amusing that you are warning people of a penalty further down the thread than the post that the thin skinners are complaining about. But for what it's worth I support it.
