305 hires this year with 115 flow-ups.

If they were already in class, why do they even have to interview? Shouldn't they go straight to new hire class?

Today was the first day they had interviews. Give them some time to get through the first few applicants first.

It sounded like interviews were sked to the third week of July last week.
