Looks like no ACARS either, no upper third shark fin for VHF3. Time to spin the old wheel again for weight and balance!

Can anyone verify if "Air Mekong" actually means "Mesa Air" in Viet Kong? That's what I heard. Can I hear a wut wut? Air Mekong SUCKS!

Bye Bye--General Lee

Not even MESA is paying a ridiculous 40% less that what other operators are paying in the region, no gentlemen this is indeed the new low and a clear demonstration that we are willing to undercut pilots abroad just like we have done to each other over here :puke:

Which ones are paying $10,000 a month for Capts. (And it needs to be one that allows you to transition back to another job in the states while accruing seniority there while gone.)

How much did ANA start out in their 1st year in business? (Compared to the rest the industry) There are contract pilots flying MD-11s out of Hong Kong for $60,000 year, that's about 60% of UPS and FDX! But you are right, it's Air Mekong RJs that are going to ruin the "contract flying" industry. (I hope you like the paint job, you just might see it on a Airbus or Boeing)

You are making the same arguments that people who undercut always use and it always falls short. And about contract pilots working on MD 11 for 60K? AMERICAN CHEAP LABOR, and you are continuing the downward trend and simply don't care do you? It will always amaze me as to how some of the best trained, experienced and professional pilots in the world always make excuses to justify being the worst paid

YEP. SJS and quick upgrades.
