As if anyone flying for ASA will ever see a tax increase under the Obama administration. Try again....

I fly for ASA and the Bush tax cuts expiring will cause my tax bill to go up...Maybe you should "try again"...

America has some of the lowest tax rates in the industrialized world, the b1tching is getting old.

That's a good thing....Greece has some of the highest....How's that working out for them?

not for long with the new Socialist regime...tell ya' what. You pay 50% of the taxes I'm being forced to pay for me and I'll stop bitvhing.

Why should I pay your taxes because you don't like them? Looking for a handout are ya'?

If you think they are too high and have a valid argument as to why I will listen and maybe agree but the facts are we are taxed very little and Obama cut your taxes last year. Sounds like b1tching because you don't like the "Socialist regime."

Taxes were dramatically lower under Reagan, was he a socialist?

Explain why Greece's tax rate has caused them to (nearly) default on debts vs why other countries with higher income tax rates are not in danger of defaulting.

I agree it is a good thing we are in the lower end of the taxed income bracket vs other G30 countries but there is such thing as too low just as there is such thing as too high. You can't b1tch about taxes when you are one the lowest taxed citizen is recent history (you can but it does not hold much credibility to rationale people).

on these 2 things, you have lost your friggin' mind...as far as the rest of your rantings...they lack common sense and are contradictory and incoherent. put down the beer...or the bong...

oh, sorry. I get it now! you're being facetious!

Auto industry bailout, bank/housing bailout, socialized medicine...it's not us that we ********************ed. It's our children and grandchildren that will be paying for this one.

actually, our top 2 FO's will be hit by them..no question..and not all of us only fly at ASA. Some of us at ASA do better away from work than we do at ASA. thanks for playing though.;)

Your top 2 FO's, due to their income from ASA will be getting a tax increase with the expiration of the Bush tax cuts? I must have missed something. I'm sure many of you do better away from ASA. That can be said of every airline out there. My point in being a "prick" was pointing out that so many people who aren't even going to be effected by the "socialist" president's tax increases are out there jumping on the anti-Obama bandwagon. Their litmus test for supporting a president, or candidate, is based on race/abortion/religion etc. I found a lot of that when I attended Auburn, BTW. Wasn't bashing ASA. I know plenty of people from AU still flying there.
