Waiting for a Republic pilot to come on here and try to convince us all that they are going to get "industry leading" pay for that plane. What a f-ing joke. Republic has officially replaced Mesa as the scum of the industry.

If this is for their own flying(branded) its not much of an issue. Its likely that will fail in the near future. Where this does concern me, is if RAH is buying these because they are betting on further scope reduction and drooling to steal that flying.

" The aircraft, which will be configured in a single-cabin, with two-by-three seating for 138 passengers..."

And unfortunately, these aircraft will be flown by ignorant "Shiny Jet Syndrome" fools, wearing their pathetic hats to the Mall to pick up their Brookstone IPod speakers, blissfully unaware of the absolute travesty that they perpetrate and all of that which has come before them.

I am so glad to have been forced to leave the Industry via Bankruptcy...2 years before my already planned exit, which had been predicated upon the shameful demise thereof.

The entire Airline Industry makes me nothing but sick to my stomach at this point....Quite a shame for a color-blind, juvenile delinquent from Maine who grew up on a premise of bucking society and attaining a position that could only be dreamed about by others.

A position that now holds no promise of remuneration, hope, or respect, greater than that of a dishwasher at the local Truck Stop...

From what I have read, the C-Series will be a likely replacement for Frontier Airbus fleet as leases expire...

Not a single one of these planes will operate for Republic. AirTran will destroy he place long before deliveries even start.
